In May 2014 I left my 9-5 job and the London commuter routine to pursue a career in fitness as a freelance Personal Trainer.
Why take such a risk I hear you ask?
Because I have found something that I am passionate about and I didn't want to pass up an opportunity to really do something that I love.
Now my job is to encourage and motivate people to be fitter, stronger and healthier not just during their training sessions, but in their lives as a whole.
An extremely important mission for me in fitness, is to inspire more women of all ages to keep fit and love the body they're in; To move away from fad diets and quick fixes and to believe in themselves and their own strength.
I'm not a member of a corporate gym and I am not on a diet. I predominantly train using my own bodyweight through calisthenics, sprinting, bars, yoga and swimming and I eat a balanced nutritious diet with the odd treat thrown in for good measure - I am only human after all!
